Rammstein travel to Prague to participate in a minor scene of "Triple X" (Director: Rob Cohen). The band is seen in the opening scene of the action movie performing a concert with their song "Feuer frei!".

Rammstein win an Echo Award
Flake and Schneider accept the award for "Best Nu Metal Act National" at the award show in Berlin.

Hard Rock Awards in Paris
Rammstein win in the category "Best Rock Act". On behalf of the band, Schneider travels to Paris to accept the award.

"Mutter" single release
"The tracklist includes a remix by Sono, the Vocoder version of "Mutter", as well as the unreleased instrumental track "5/4" Simultaneously, the video is released in which Till has the main part. The video was directed by Jörn Heitmann / department M.

Kerrang! Awards in London
Rammstein wins in the category "Best Live Act International" and is represented by Paul and Schneider at the show in London.

Triple X premiers in Berlin and London
"Triple X" has its big premier party on the 8th in Berlin. Director Rob Cohen and main actor Vin Diesel are present at the premiere, as well as Till, Schneider and Olli. Paul and Olli fly to London to represent the band at the premiere on the 14th.

"Feuer frei! single release
"Feuer frei!" is released across Europe as first single from the Triple X Sountrack. Rammstein release two remixes of the song, furthermore the tracklisting includes "Du Hast" and "Bück Dich" as cover versions by Battery. The single cover is an artwork by New York artist Robert Longo. The video for the single was cut by Rob Cohen, which is partly the Rammstein performance at the beginning of the movie and partly snippets from the movie itself.

The "Rammstein Remix" of the song "Xcess" is released on the Slick Idiot album "DickNity".
